Complex geometries with fewer setups and greater process stability. Our 5-axis machining capabilities are built for repeatability across production, with automated cells and pallet systems that provide the capacity to scale as program volumes increase.

Multi-Axis Turning

Complex parts, complete in a single machine. Our 9-axis mill-turn platforms combine turning and milling operations to reduce setups, improve repeatability, and keep complex work moving. Automated bar feeding supports long running, high volume production with minimal interruption.

Wire EDM

Intricate geometries and extreme precision in even the most difficult materials. Wire EDM enables us to produce complex features in hardened and exotic materials while holding tolerances as tight as ±0.0001".
